Air Emissions
Air emissions estimates, permitting, and reporting can be critical aspects of any facility’s environmental compliance program. Startup of a new facility or equipment, modification to an existing site, or changes to regulatory programs can trigger new or additional compliance requirements. Environmental Monitoring
Haley Ward’s trained and qualified field staff has extensive experience in conducting groundwater, surface water, pore water, residential, and gas monitoring. Our experience includes all aspects of these programs to ensure compliance with State and Federal standards and guidelines. Haley Ward utilizes up=to-date sampling equipment technology to handle any sampling request. We have experience developing and implementing Environmental Monitoring Plans (EMP), Sampling Analysis Plans (SAP), and Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP) to make sure the requirements of your monitoring program are being met.

Stormwater Compliance
Haley Ward’s experienced staff assists municipal, industrial, and commercial permit holders with State and Federal stormwater compliance. Industrial clients subject to comply with the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) receive assistance with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development and implementation, monitoring, inspections, trainings, and best management practices (BMPs) guidance. Municipal clients subject to the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit receive assistance with Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) development and implementation including education and outreach, public involvement, illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE), construction services, post-construction services, and municipal good housekeeping measures. We have developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist municipalities with IDDE Investigations including development of Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) to aid in illicit discharge investigations. We also provide services to municipalities seeking SOPs for construction and post-construction requirements. Commercial clients utilize our services for post-construction inspections and 5-year recertifications for long-term maintenance of stormwater management system which are completed by our professional engineers or a certified professional in erosion and sedimentation control.

Haley Ward’s team has experience with wastewater license applications, compliance monitoring, NetDMR reporting, operation manual development, and troubleshooting guidance to ensure compliance with your waste discharge licenses.
