His project experience includes the permitting and design of new sources (including Water Management Act permitting) under both MassDEP’s New Source Approval process and their replacement well guidelines, water distribution system modeling and design, water storage tank feasibility studies, vulnerability assessments and emergency response planning, pumping station design, gravity and low pressure sanitary sewer design, infiltration/inflow analyses, sewer system evaluation surveys, and sewer rehabilitation.
In addition to the experience listed above, Bob has been responsible for the design, permitting, construction supervision, and operation of private wastewater treatment facilities; design and construction supervision of on-site sewage disposal systems; water storage tank feasibility studies and rehabilitation; and the design and permitting of public water supply wells, including Water Management Act permitting.
