jteunisen@haleyward.comIn 1997, Jeff joined Haley Ward as a survey technician and currently serves as the Survey Division Director and Executive Vice President. Jeff takes an active role as Division Director serving as a client liaison, providing budget and technical oversight for boundary, topographic, and construction survey services. In addition, he is a team leader on small and large site development projects. As Executive Vice President, Jeff helps implement the strategic vision for the firm.
