EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN

Employees share in the growth and profitability of Haley Ward, providing a meaningful incentive for our employees by building upon their retirement security and for the continued success of the company.  The ESOP is a broad-based employee ownership, investing primarily in company stock and holds its assets in a trust for employees.  Employees are eligible to accrue shares in the plan every year beginning at their date of hire.

COLLABORATION

Collaboration offers opportunities to solicit different ideas and perspectives utilizing different skills sets that are unique to each team member.  This approach fosters results-oriented problem solving harnessing the combined creative thinking of the team.  Many of our offices provide huddle spaces designed to assist in creativity.  Our project teams are able to connect with each other utilizing technology and other collaborating tools to enhance teamwork.

INTERNSHIPS
