Tracy Smith: Honoring More Than Four Decades of Dedication
After more than 40 years of dedication, leadership, and service, we are proud to recognize Tracy Smith as she transitions from her role as Chief Financial Officer to Senior Financial Advisor.
Tracy’s journey with Haley Ward began while attending the University of Maine, where she balanced work as an accounting intern, property management, and as an environmental technician. Since joining the company full-time in 1989, she has played a pivotal role in building and strengthening our financial operations, helping guide Haley Ward through decades of growth and success.
As CFO, Tracy provided the financial vision and leadership that helped shape the company we are today. Her commitment, expertise, attention to detail, and steady guidance have made a lasting impact on our employee-owners, clients, and communities.
