Tracy’s career with Haley Ward began while attending the University of Maine, where she worked in accounting, property management, and as an environmental technician before joining the company full-time in 1989. Over more than four decades, she has played an instrumental role in developing and strengthening the firm’s financial operations, contributing to the success and stability of the company.
In her role as Senior Financial Advisor, Tracy continues to share her extensive institutional knowledge and financial expertise, serving as a trusted resource to the leadership team and helping ensure a smooth transition while supporting Haley Ward’s future growth.
