She began her career at Haley Ward helping with the accounting books and as an environmental technician while attending the University of Maine at Orono. She started full time in 1989 and has developed the financial department for Haley Ward. As CFO, Tracy is in charge of providing overall financial vision for Haley Ward and is responsible for directing the business activities of the firm on a day-to-day basis.
