His project experience includes water distribution system modeling and design, drinking water filtration, water treatment plant design, new source approval, well design, pumping station design, SCADA design, gravity sewer design, infiltration/inflow analysis, sewer system evaluation survey, interceptor replacement, construction observation, drainage analysis and design, and EPA Phase II stormwater permitting.
In addition, Scott has been responsible for the preparation of contract documents, evaluation of bid proposals, resident engineering, construction administration, funding assistance, and contract closeout.
