strotter@haleyward.comSam is a resident of St. Lucie County and has over 16 years of experience in drafting technologies and 11 years in preparation of various surveys on the Treasure Coast. As a Survey Project Manager, Sam has a wide variety of experience in Cadastral Surveying, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivision plats, and preparation of legal descriptions. He is currently enrolled at the University of Florida in pursuit of his Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics, the primary requisite for attaining licensure as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the state of Florida.
