Rob has an extensive background in Project and Construction Engineering. Rob’s Project and Construction Engineering experience includes road, bridge and utility design, site development and subdivision planning, subsurface sewage disposal, construction management, peer reviews, structural analysis, and seismic restraint design. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Hartford, as well as an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
