He began his career providing drafting support and later expanded into fabrication support, field surveying, and IT infrastructure development.
For more than 20 years at Haley Ward, Robert has evolved from a dual role in CAD support and IT administration to become the company’s first full-time IT Manager. He now leads both internal and client-facing IT services, bringing broad expertise across diverse areas of technology.
