Senior Project Manager

Michael has more than three decades of experience in delivering water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway projects to municipal and higher education clients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Michael has a history of pleasant, long-term client relationships based on trust and the ability to consistently think from the client’s perspective. His overarching goal is to help public water, sewer and stormwater managers obtain the local funding that is crucial to maintaining this critical public infrastructure yet is so difficult to obtain. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
