Project Manager/Senior Project Scientist

Kyle Sullivan is a Senior Environmental Scientist at Haley Ward.  He has more than 15 years of experience in the Environmental Sciences and Health and Safety.  Kyle works with Haley Ward’s clients to achieve and maintain compliance with Federal and State Regulatory Agencies affecting protection of natural resources and human safety .  These compliance efforts focus mainly on Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Maine Department of Environmental Protection (MDEP) regulations and rules.  Kyle works with a variety of industrial and commercial clients.  Kyle helps our clients to evaluate their facilities for compliance with applicable environmental programs and then helps develop sensible solutions to environmental and safety challenges.  Additionally, Kyle also performs on-site compliance audits for safety and environmental compliance.  Kyle has prepared Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans, Site-Specific Health and Safety Plans (HASP), Integrated Contingency Plans (ICP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), and Emergency Action Plans (EAP).  In conjunction with emergency planning, Kyle assists Haley Ward clients with Tier 2 chemical inventory reporting, Toxic Release Inventories (TRI), and Department of Homeland Security’s Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) reporting.
