Justine has over five years of experience as a Civil Engineer and has gained a variety of experience in site design, stormwater management design and utility infrastructure design. Justine is also experienced in project management and the preparation of local, state, and federal permit applications, including local land use permits, Maine Department of Environmental Protection Permits (i.e., Site Location of Development Act (SLODA) Permit, Stormwater Permit, Natural Resources Protection Act (NRPA) Permit) and Maine Department of Transportation Applications (i.e., entrance and road opening permits).
