jpond@haleyward.comJohn Pond has over 39 years of experience in the environmental and engineering consulting services with an extensive background in the evaluation of water, wastewater, groundwater, surface water, soils and special waste. In his current role, John is responsible for a staff of approximately 40 Environmental Scientists, Geologists, Engineers, and Technicians. In addition, John also serves as Principal-in-Charge for Haley Ward environmental projects. John’s principal environmental services expertise includes wastewater contract operations, process monitoring and evaluations, groundwater sampling and assessments and regulatory compliance. John serves clients directly as a consultant and advisor regarding licensing, testing, evaluation, remediation, and monitoring strategies. In addition, he has conducted numerous training presentations to groups and individuals regarding environmental compliance; including sampling techniques, field sampling protocols, sample handling procedures, quality assurance/quality control requirements, data evaluation, and reporting. Over the years, John has worked closely with various Municipal Leaders and State and Federal agencies and regulators.
