Jill joined Haley Ward in 2020, as the HR Manager, and in 2023 she was promoted to Human Resource Director. With a wealth of more than 10 years of HR experience, Jill is a cornerstone of our team, playing a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and strategic talent management at Haley Ward. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business from Eastern Maine Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Human Resources Management, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine
