Jim has over 40 years of diversified engineering and project management experience throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts, specializing in water supply, wastewater and municipal infrastructure engineering. As the Connecticut Regional Manager, he coordinates the activities of Haley Ward’s Glastonbury and Winsted, Connecticut offices.

Prior to their merger with Haley Ward, Jim was Vice President at Lenard Engineering, Inc., and he managed the firm’s water supply and wastewater engineering projects for over 30 years.
