chaskell@haleyward.comChip Haskell received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine in 2008. Since Chip joined Haley Ward in 2006, he has worked as an Engineer on a variety of projects, including road and site design and layout, storm drain and sanitary sewer systems, permitting, and pre and post hydrology studies. In 2013, Chip became a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maine. Since 2017, Chip has managed multi-disciplined engineering projects ranging from small residential projects, to long term multi-million-dollar development projects.
