Carol L. Foster

Carol L. Foster is an accomplished executive, board member, and qualified financial expert with more than 30 years of finance and operating experience. She has held multiple executive roles including President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles and has helped companies navigate rapid growth, digital transformation, fundraising, and complex financial transactions.

Throughout her career, Carol has completed more than $15 billion in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, convertible securities, and private company fundraising. Her industry experience spans the tull breadth of financial services organizations (private equity, private credit, investment management, brokerage firms, and fintech). Carol’s current clients are predominantly a/e/c companies. 

Carol currently serves on the boards of Haley Ward, Inc., Solar Energy Solutions, MLS and Elder Ashram and SMU Cox School of Business. She is an ESOP Trustee for several companies including Darling’s Auto Group and Gaftek, Inc.. Carol previously served on the Board of Directors of Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC), where she was a member of the Audit and the Nominations and Governance Committees.
