Senior Project Scientist

Tony specializes in comprehensive environmental consulting services. He brings extensive expertise in environmental site assessments, wetland delineations, tree and gopher tortoise surveys, and provides strategic guidance to clients based on a deep understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards. Tony plays a key role in designing and implementing preserve areas and wetland restoration projects, ensuring long-term ecological success. As Senior Biologist, he oversees end-to-end project permitting, navigating complex requirements at the state, federal and local levels.

Prior to joining Haley Ward, Tony dedicated 1,700 hours of service as a full-time AmeriCorps volunteer, supporting educational initiatives immediately after completing his Bachelor of Science at Christopher Newport University.
