Project Scope

For many years, Haley Ward has partnered with Habitat for Humanity to support the development of affordable housing throughout Southwest Florida. Our team has provided surveying services for numerous residential projects, helping Habitat build safe, affordable homes while advancing its mission of strengthening local communities through homeownership.

Our work primarily supports individual residential lots, providing boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, as-built surveys, and elevation certificates to help each home meet local building requirements and floodplain regulations. Haley Ward has also provided platting services to support the creation of new residential lots for future Habitat developments.

Supporting Habitat for Humanity’s work requires more than technical expertise. As a nonprofit, Habitat must carefully manage budgets while balancing grant funding, volunteer coordination, and construction schedules that can shift quickly. Our team has developed an efficient, streamlined approach tailored to Habitat’s needs, allowing us to respond quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and keep projects moving forward without unnecessary costs or delays.

As Habitat’s building program has grown, Haley Ward has taken on an increasing share of its surveying work. Through responsive service, dependable communication, and a strong understanding of the organization’s goals, we continue to provide surveying services that help make affordable homeownership possible for families across Southwest Florida.
