Haley Ward, Inc. had the privilege of renovating the downtown Bangor office of Eaton Peabody Attorneys at Law, transforming the space into a modern and functional business environment. The project included a comprehensive update of office spaces, the lobby, and the conference room, creating a refreshed and cohesive design.

Working with Bowerbird Design Collective who provided interior design services, Haley Ward provided architectural design, code compliance design, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, as well as construction administration services. These were integral to addressing the unique challenges presented by the renovation. Eaton Peabody sought to revitalize their entire office while attempting to condense their space—a goal that evolved over the course of the project. Operating within a finite budget, our team strategically prioritized resources to deliver maximum impact without exceeding financial constraints. Additionally, the work took place in an actively occupied office building, requiring careful coordination to help minimize disruption to daily operations. By employing strategic planning and phased construction, we successfully navigated these complexities.
