BANGOR, MAINE- Haley Ward, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition and updates of 24 employees to our offices in Bangor, Maine; Waterville, Maine; Lewiston, Maine; Portland, Maine; Saco, Maine; Maynard, Massachusetts; Winsted, Connecticut; Port St. Lucie, Florida; Fort Myers, Florida; and Stuart, Florida.
BANGOR, MAINE
Chloe Desmond was recently hired as a Scientist in the Environmental Division. Chloe earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Maine.
Lynn Brochu has joined Haley Ward as a Project Coordinator. She brings with her more than 30 years of administrative experience and holds an Associate of Science in Office Management and Legal Administration from Husson University.
PORTLAND, MAINE
Michael Hutchins, A.I.A., has joined Haley Ward as Senior Project Architect. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial design. His expertise includes historic preservation, project management, tenant fit-up, and design coordination, with a strong record of delivering high-performance outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
Manuela Kayembe, M.A., B. Eng., has been hired as a Civil Engineer. She holds a Master of Arts in Procurement and Logistics Management from Sheffield Hallam University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Botswana.
Claudia Etrillard recently joined the team as an intern and was quickly promoted to Project Design Professional. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Environmental Studies from Middlebury College and has an extensive research background in sustainable urban habitability, equitable economic development, and ecological restoration.

James Gallagher has joined Haley Ward as an Environmental Technician. James holds a Master of Science in Oceanography as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island.
MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS
Minh Trinh was recently hired as an Engineering Design Professional. Minh holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Bachelor of Transportation Management from the University of Transport in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as well as an associate’s degree in science engineering from Northern Essex Community College. He also brings with him more than a decade of experience in engineering.
WINSTED, CONNECTICUT
Elias Noujaim was recently hired as a Project Engineer. Elias comes to Haley Ward with about 15 years of civil engineering experience throughout New England. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford.
PORT ST LUCIE, FLORIDA
Taylor Senatus joined Haley Ward as a Designer. He holds a Bachelor of Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University and has several years of experience working in a variety of design and drafting positions.
William Widdick was recently hired as the Field Survey Junior Party Chief in Haley Ward’s Port St. Lucie office. He brings with him close to 25 years of land surveying experience.
Tyler Dunbar was hired as a Project Scientist. Tyler earned a Master of Environmental Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sewanee: The University of the South.

Mohamad Doughnou recently joined our team as a Senior Survey Technician. He brings with him extensive experience in topographic and boundary surveys, laser scanning, and 3D reality capture.
