PORTLAND, MAINE
Sarah Turner recently joined Haley Ward as Associate Planner and Geospatial Analyst in the Engineering Division. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Spatial Informatics from The University of Maine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Bates College. She brings with her nearly a decade of experience in geospatial data analysis and planning.
MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS
Michael Schrader, PE was recently hired as a Municipal Infrastructure Senior Project Manager in the Engineering Division. Michael has more than 30 years of consulting experience, with a background in public water, wastewater and roadway projects, asset management, capital improvement planning, rate studies, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University
WINSTED, CT
Jason Craven, PE recently joined Haley Ward as a Municipal Infrastructure Senior Project Manager in the Engineering Division. Jason has a wide variety of experiences in civil engineering including land development, environmental compliance, dam construction and modifications, and mining. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University.
FORT MYERS, FL
Anna Grimes, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP recently joined Haley Ward as Regional Engineering Manager in the Southeast Region. Anna brings more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering, having led multidisciplinary teams and managed major infrastructure projects across the U.S. and internationally. She’s known for her strong leadership, technical expertise, and ability to deliver high-quality results for both public and private clients. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University
Shilby Louis has been hired as a Survey Technician in our Survey Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Supervision and Management from Florida Southwestern State College, and has extensive experience in management, problem solving and customer service

Matthew Stafford recently joined our Survey Division as a Survey Technician. Matthew brings Haley Ward experience in staying organized, working efficiently, and building great customer relationships.

BANGOR, MAINE
Sienna Faessler, PE recently obtained her Professional Engineering license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Sienna was already licensed in the State of Maine. Sienna has been with Haley Ward since 2023 and is a Project Engineer in the Engineering Division.
William Clifton, LSIT recently graduated from The University of Maine with Bachelor of Science in Survey Engineering Technology and has been promoted from Intern to Surveyor
Chelsea Getchell, CPSM Passed the Certification of Professional Services Marketer exam. Chelsea has been with Haley Ward since 2023 and works as the Proposal Coordinator in the Marketing Department.
SACO, MAINE
Jason Bernier, ASSE 6005 Certified, passed his ASSE 6060 exam and is now ASSE 6060 Medical Gas Systems Designer Certified. Jason is a Plumbing Design Professional in the Engineering Division and has been with Haley Ward since 2022.
Jacalyn Gorczynski, LG, PG, LSE is now a Licensed Site Evaluator. Jacalyn serves as Vice president and Southern New England Environmental Manager in the Environmental Division. She has been with Haley Ward since 2021.
Chris Veazie, LG was promoted to Project Manager. Chris joined Haley Ward in 2024 as Senior Project Hydrogeologist.
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL
Vincent Lovaglio was promoted to Senior Survey Technician. Vincent joined Haley Ward in 2024 through the acquisition of EDC and previously served as Field Survey Junior Party Chief.
PORTLAND, MAINE
Ben Meader, GISP is now a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional. Ben joined Haley Ward in 2023 as a Geospatial Coordinator and Project Manager working in our Engineering Division.
