BANGOR, MAINE- Haley Ward, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition and updates of 19 employees to our offices in Bangor, Maine; Saco, Maine; Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Fort Myers, Florida; and Stuart, Florida
BANGOR, MAINE
Ann Marceca has joined Haley Ward as an Interior Designer. Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Kansas State University.
Joe Marceca has joined Haley Ward as a Senior Project Designer. Joe earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree at Kansas State University.
William Seavey, Jr. has joined our Environmental Service Line as a Senior Project Scientist. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine at Machias with a concentration in Environmental Policy, and a minor in Political Science.
Charlie Hagan has joined Haley Ward as a Field Technician in our Environmental Service Line. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Management from Auburn University.
Susan Bower, MBA recently joined Haley Ward as a Finance Specialist. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as a Master of Science in Business Administration from Thomas College.
Kelly Fergola has joined Haley Ward as an Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator in the Environmental Service Line. Kelly has extensive experience working in a wide variety of administrative positions.
Jacqueline Keene has rejoined Haley Ward as an Accounting Specialist. Jackie has more than 25 years of experience working in the engineering consulting industry.
SACO, MAINE
Jacqueline Boudreau has joined the Haley Ward team as a Project Scientist in the Environmental Service Line. Jacqueline graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Dallin Jenson recently joined Haley Ward as a Project Manager and Senior Project Geologist. Dallin earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Eastern Washington University, as well as a Master of Science in Geology from Central Washington University.
FORT MYERS, FLORIDA
Hamilton Louis recently joined the Haley Ward as a Technician in the Survey Service Line. Hamilton earned an Associates of Arts in General Studies from Florida Southwestern State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Management, from Everglades University.
STUART, FLORIDA
Robert Mellis joined Haley Ward as a Land Survey Project Manager. Robert comes to Haley Ward with more than 40 years of experience in surveying and mapping projects.

BANGOR, MAINE
Jason Patterson, WWTPO, PWSDO was promoted to Senior Project Scientist in the Environmental Service Line. Jason previously served as Project Scientist, and has been with Haley Ward since 2014.
Chip Haskell, PE was promoted to Senior Project Manager in the Land Development Service Line. Chip has been with Haley Ward since 2008, previously serving as a Project Manager
Izabo Emerson, MBA was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist. Izabo joined Haley Ward in 2023 as a Human Resources Coordinator.
Jeff Weeks, PLS was recently promoted to Project Manager in the Survey Service Line. Jeff has been with Haley Ward since 2018 and previously served as Land Surveyor.
Nathan Rice, PLS was promoted to Project Manager in the Survey Service Line. Nathan joined Haley Ward in 2022 as a Land Surveyor.
SACO, MAINE
Drew Olehowski, PE was promoted to Project Manager in the Land Development Service Line. Drew has been a Project Engineer with Haley Ward since 2017.
PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Matthew Michaud, CST recently passed the Certified Survey Technician exam. Matthew is a Project Surveyor in the Survey Service Line.
Stephen Ricker was promoted to Project Manager in the Land Development Service Line. Stephen joined Haley Ward in 2022 with the acquisition of Ambit Engineering, where he served as a Designer since 2020.
