BANGOR, MAINE – Haley Ward, Inc., announces the acquisition of EDC, Inc., a civil engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental consulting firm specializing in land development projects, with offices in Port St. Lucie, and Melbourne, Florida.
Established in 2003, EDC, Inc. offers engineering, planning, surveying, environmental, and interior design services. This strategic partnership will bolster Haley Ward’s presence in Florida, where the firm already maintains offices in Fort Myers, Stuart, and Port St. Lucie. The merging of Haley Ward and EDC expertise will enhance service delivery to clients across the state.
