Haley Ward Continues Florida Expansion with Addition of Michael B. Schorah & Associates

Haley Ward, a 100% employee-owned professional engineering, architecture, environmental, planning, and surveying consulting firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Michael B. Schorah & Associates, Inc., a respected civil engineering and land surveying consulting firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The acquisition represents another milestone in Haley Ward’s long-term growth strategy throughout the Southeast and further strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients across Florida. With the integration of Michael B. Schorah & Associates, Inc., Haley Ward now has Florida offices in West Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Melbourne, and Fort Myers.
The announcement follows Haley Ward’s recent acquisition of Conceptual Design Group, Inc., a landscape architecture and planning firm serving clients throughout Florida. Together with previous Florida acquisitions, including EDC and Betsy Lindsay, Inc., the firm’s continued investment in the state reflects a deliberate strategy to expand its multidisciplinary capabilities, strengthen local expertise, and better serve communities across the region.
The acquisition also establishes a stronger presence along Florida’s rapidly growing Atlantic Coast corridor, connecting Haley Ward’s offices in West Palm Beach, Melbourne, Stuart, and Port St. Lucie while complementing its operations on the Gulf Coast in Fort Myers. This expanded footprint positions the firm to better serve clients across some of Florida’s fastest-growing communities and development markets.
