Haley Ward Announces the Promotion of Two New Vice Presidents
Two Respected Leaders Step Into Vice President Roles to Help Drive the Firm Forward
Bangor, Maine – Haley Ward, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of two leaders within the organization to Vice President: Steven Sullivan, PE and Robert Bickmore.
Steven Sullivan, PE, serves as Connecticut Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager in the firm’s Brookfield, Connecticut office. He joined Haley Ward in 2025 through the acquisition of CCA, LLC, where he had served as Vice President since 2014. With 30 years of engineering experience, Sullivan brings extensive knowledge in civil engineering and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Connecticut State University.
Robert Bickmore serves as IT Manager in Haley Ward’s Bangor, Maine office. A dedicated member of the firm since 2003, Bickmore has played a vital role in advancing the company’s technology infrastructure and supporting its continued growth across multiple states. He earned an associate’s degree in architectural and civil engineering from Central Maine Community College.
