Haley Ward Announces New Vice Presidents
BANGOR, MAINE- Haley Ward, Inc. has announced the election of eleven new Vice Presidents, across its departments and service lines.

Municipal Infrastructure Service Line
David N. Battista, PE, Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, Winsted, CT
David joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of Lenard Engineering, Inc., where he had served as Principal Engineer for more than 35 years. David’s experience includes a broad range of the firm’s civil, geotechnical, environmental, and engineering projects, including roads and bridges, pavement management, stormwater management, sewer and water utilities, ponds and dams, site planning, subsurface sewage disposal, land use planning, peer review, and construction management.
James Ericson,PE, Regional Manager and Senior Project Manager, Glastonbury, CT
Jim joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of Lenard Engineering, Inc. where he served as Vice President. Jim has over 40 years of water supply, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure design experience across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Land Development Service Line
Brian F. Milisci, PE Land Development Service Line Director, Leominster, MA.
Brian has been with Haley Ward since the 2021 acquisition of Whitman & Bingham Associates, and currently serves as the Director of the Land Development Service Line. Brian has over 35 years of experience in the design and permitting of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Brian is a registered professional engineer as well as a Massachusetts certified soil evaluator and Title 5 Inspector He has also served as resident engineer on large scale sanitary sewer and water installation projects throughout Massachusetts.
John Chagnon, PE, LLS Senior Project Manager and Regional Manager, Portsmouth, NH
John joined Haley Ward in 2022 as Senior Project Manager and Regional Manager through the acquisition of Ambit Engineering where he was the President for 35 years. John has considerable expertise experience in the land surveying and civil engineering field where he has worked in a broad array of projects over the course of his career.
Melissa G. Corbett, PE, Regional Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager, Hobe Sound, FL
Melissa joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of The MilCor Group where she was the Owner and President since 2008. Melissa has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering including overall project management and coordination of projects, feasibility analyses, computer modeling, planning, design, permitting, preparation of reports, preparation of project manuals and cost estimates for water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, storm water, roadways, and biosolids systems.
Todd Parsons, PE, Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Winsted, CT
Todd joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of Lenard Engineering, Inc. where he served as Principal Engineer for more than 25 years. Todd’s experience includes a broad range of civil design and administration of projects, including road design, storm water management, site planning, subdivisions, septic systems, dams, utility systems, and land-use permitting.
Environmental Service Line
Andrea Dickinson, EI, Project Manager and Project Engineer, Bangor, ME
Andrea has been with Haley Ward since 2010. She is experienced in conducting investigations and remediation of contaminated properties including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and Brownfields and Superfund cleanups. She also has experience with NEPA Environmental Assessments, municipal and industrial stormwater permitting and compliance, wastewater permitting and compliance, along with solid waste and water quality projects.
Dave Hopkins, Jr. PE, PF, Regional Manager and Senior Project Manager, Presque Isle, ME.
Dave has been with Haley Ward since 2007 but has more than 38 years of civil and environmental engineering experience. He has expertise in solid waste, remedial investigation and cleanup, wetland restoration design, and stormwater management.
Mark Temple, LEP, Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Hydrogeologist, Glastonbury, CT
Mark joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of Lenard Engineering, Inc. where he was the President and Principal Hydrogeologist. Mark has more than 40 years of experience in geophysical, geological, water supply, environmental and land-use consulting.

James has been with Haley Ward since 2021 when Whitman& Bingham Associates, LLC was acquired by Haley Ward. James has more than 35 years of experience in the civil engineering and land surveying field.
Marketing Department
Jessamine Pottle, CPSM – Marketing Director, Bangor, Maine.
Jessamine has been the Marketing Director at Haley Ward since 2014 and oversees all marketing and business development activities. During the past several years, she led the company’s name change and rebranding as well as the marketing and brand transitions of firms acquired by Haley Ward. Prior to Haley Ward, Jessamine worked for the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, and Senator Susan Collins.
