Lucy Feeney

Project Engineer

Lucy has experience supporting and managing aspects of municipal infrastructure and land development projects across Maine. Her work includes roadway design and rehabilitation, subdivision and site development, and design of water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure systems. She is involved in projects from concept through construction documentation, including permitting at the local and state levels, grant administration, and coordination with municipalities and private clients. In addition to technical design responsibilities, Lucy often leads project tasks and client coordination efforts as part of multidisciplinary teams, helping to support successful delivery while balancing regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Maine.
