Celebrating Employee Ownership Month at Haley Ward

October is Employee Ownership Month, and at Haley Ward, we spent the month celebrating what it means to be part of an employee-owned company. From spirit week to special gifts and team activities, it was a month filled with appreciation, camaraderie, and pride in being employee owners.

We kicked things off with a company-wide lunch and a presentation from President and C.E.O. Denis St. Peter, PE, highlighting the power of employee ownership and the impact each of us has on Haley Ward’s success. Throughout the month, our teams participated in Spirit Week—showing off their creativity on Decades Day, Twin Day, Hat Day, and Favorite Sports Team Day.

Other highlights included a fall drink bar, complete with an employee gift of a new Haley Ward mug, and a candygram exchange that brought smiles between offices. Employee-owners also showed off their photography skills in a photo contest, and everyone received a special end-of-month gift as a token of appreciation.

Across every office, the theme was clear: thank you to our employee owners for making Haley Ward one of the best places to work.

As we close out the month, we’re proud to share this video featuring a few of our employee owners reflecting on what employee ownership means to them.
