Melbourne Office Awarded Key Surveying Contract for Floresta Drive Improvement Project

Haley Ward is proud to announce that our Melbourne, Florida office has been awarded the surveying contract for Phase 3 of the Floresta Drive Improvement Project in Port St. Lucie. This important infrastructure project, funded by the Half-Cent Sales Tax voter referendum, is transforming over four miles of roadway to better serve the growing needs of the community.

Phase 3 picks up where Phase 2 left off, extending from Crosstown Parkway to Prima Vista Boulevard. Construction began in March 2025 and is scheduled for completion in Fall 2028. Our Survey Division will once again provide comprehensive construction layout and as-built surveys for every aspect of the project, including roads, lighting, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, utilities, storm drainage, and more.

This award follows the successful near-completion of Phase 2, which stretched from Elkcam Waterway to Crosstown Parkway. Our team has delivered precise and timely surveying services for a wide range of infrastructure components such as a new bridge, expanded roadways, utility relocation and expansion, traffic signalization, lakes, stormwater systems, and pedestrian and bike facilities.

At Haley Ward, we specialize in delivering precise and timely surveying services for a wide range of infrastructure and land development projects, and we are honored to continue supporting the City of Port St. Lucie in this multi-phase, community-enhancing effort. Our commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and project excellence is helping build safer, more efficient, and more beautiful roads for residents and visitors alike.
