He has extensive experience in the preparation of DEP permit application packages necessary for coastal permitting. James has worked on a variety of different types and sizes of projects including construction layout, utility location, right-of-way surveys, topographic surveys, and coastal mapping. He has 24 years’ experience ranging from lot surveys in recorded subdivisions to survey of sections.
