Phillip has over 25 years of experience related to boundary surveys, land development, topographical surveys, subdivisions and site plans. He has worked as a Project Manager/Supervisor on a wide range of projects and site development plans with an emphasis on client communications, quality of service and a team approach to delivering the final product.
