David C. Baggett, PE

Regional Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager

David is the Regional Manager of the Haley Ward Melbourne Office and has 15 years of experience in civil engineering design, permitting, and construction. His project experience ranges across North, Central, and South Florida. He has project management and design experience with numerous municipal, commercial, industrial and residential projects across the state’s various water management districts.

Prior to joining Haley Ward, Inc., he worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) as a lead permitting engineer and inspector in the Submerged Lands and Environmental Resource Program. In addition to civil engineering, David has extensive experience as an environmental specialist in wetland and surface water delineation, soils, and ecology.

Mr. Baggett is a sitting Board of Director member for the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast.
