Mr. Coates has been with Dario Designs, a division of Haley Ward, for over 25 years and has been involved with projects ranging from small apartment complexes to a multibillion-dollar, mixed use, international development. Mr. Coates has worked on more than 300 projects in his tenure, including more than 100 masterplans, several corporate headquarters facilities, and many printing, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution facilities from Washington to Florida.
