Through repair, renovation, repositioning, retrofitting and adaptive reuse Michael fulfills his commitment to existing buildings for their role in preserving material, energy, and cultural fabric. In his everyday work, he strives to ensure that his work embraces sustainable design principles, wellness design, equity, and safe, healthy living to transform existing buildings to be respectful of the past, relevant today, and resilient for many tomorrows.
