tnoyes@haleyward.comTravis has over two decades of experience in civil engineering relating to site development and infrastructure design and analysis. A graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, Travis began his career at Haley Ward in 1994. He moved on from Haley Ward in the early 2000’s to work for both a municipality and a national engineering firm. This experience provided him with a more well-rounded understanding of the needs of municipalities throughout our state and region. In 2008 he returned to Haley Ward to be the Engineering Division Director overseeing all civil, mechanical, and structural engineering services.
