chaskell@haleyward.comChip Haskell received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine in 2008. Since then, Chip has worked as an Engineer on a variety of projects including road and site design and layout, storm drain and sanitary sewer systems, permitting, and pre and post hydrology studies. In 2013 Chip became a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maine. Since 2017, Chip has managed civil engineering projects ranging from small residential projects, to long term multi-million dollar development projects.
